Extraction free miRNA/RNA analysis
AIT has long lasting experience in gene expression analysis and provides project and support for HTG technology based extraction free human mRNA and miRNA transcriptomic analysis from samples, in particular when RNA quality is impacted (e.g. archived FFPE tissue) and when only limited amounts are available. HTG technology enables RNA-extraction free analysis from FFPE tissue sections, serum, plasma from minimal sample amounts without any loss of sample material and bias due to extraction protocols. HTG technology has helped to manage analysis of critical samples and rescue projects which would have otherwise failed.
HTG technology enables
- Gene expression studies without the need for the previous extraction step, e.g. using a single 5μm thick FFPE tissue biopsy section.
- Analyse serum, plasma using minimal sample amounts without any loss of sample material and bias due to extraction protocols
- Sensitivity and dynamic range of NGS-based detection.
- Integrated data analysis suite for rapid data interpretation and publication.
Available panels: Oncological Immunology, Lymphomas, Total Transcriptome, Oncological Markers, and Breast.
AIT assists with all steps and helps you to carry out your analyses as simply as possible – from experimental planning and study design, pre-analytics processing and standardisation, analysing samples and bioinformatics data analysis, visualisation, and interpretation. In addition, AIT puts at your disposal a Service Provider authorized by HTG to carry out the studies without the need to purchase the equipment.

HTG EdgeSeq Pan B-Cell Lymphoma Panel
- 298 B-Cell Lymphoma relevant genes and DLBCL COO via DAC classifier
Measure gene expression of mRNA targets commonly associated with indolent and aggressive lymphomas to help identify lymphoma subgroups to elucidate the transcription response of disease state and drug therapy. With 298 gene targets, the HTG EdgeSeq Pan B-Cell Lymphoma Panel addresses the heterogeneity of B-Cell lymphomas, including published signatures and drug targets. Leveraging the sensitivity and dynamic range of next-generation sequencing (NGS), the HTG EdgeSeq Pan B-Cell Lymphoma Panel enables multiplex profiling from limited formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples.
